Hopper, silo and tank weighing

With weighing sensors using strain gauges (so called “load cell”) it became common to use directly a hopper, a silo or a tank as a load receiver thus it became possible to avoid the use of balance or platform scale to weigh them. With the acquisition of Pesage Promotion in 1989, the European precursor in this domain since 1968, ARPEGE MASTER K got a deep knowhow and a large park of several thousand of load cells installed in all industrial sectors.

To respond to all industrial needs, such dosing, counting, weighbridge and scale weighing, etc. ARPEGE MASTER K offers a large range of electronic indicators (Magic, IDE, Harmony, etc.) that will fulfill all industrial process.

Having more than 200 tons of standard weight in factory as well as calibration machines up to sixty tons we can calibrate all weighing installations in house before delivery which eases on site start up work.



Our FLX and FFX load cells mounted into our kits transform any cistern, tank or hopper in a precise weighing instrument.
Our FLEXBOX mounting kits are especially designed for FLX and FFX load cells (from 50kg up to 5 tons) and give an excellent precision of measure.

1 or 3 TAP or TCP tension load cells can transform any hung hopper in a weighing instrument. It is also possible to hang up belt conveyor on 4 or 6 TAP or TCP tension load cells.
