Weight Transmitters & Measure Converters

A weight transmitter and a measure converter are integral parts of an effective weighing system.

They are mostly used in the process industries to connect several weight indicators together or to convert data.

ARPEGE MASTER K's weight transmitters and measure converters enable the communication between the measuring strain gauges load cells (weighing) to the weight indicators and othe PLCs, computer or PC.

Weight transmitters are essential devices in the industrial field.

This equipment plays a crucial role in measuring loads accurately and reliably. This sophisticated equipment is designed to convert weighing signals into digital data, thus facilitating their processing and integration into control and management systems.

Thanks to their advanced technology, weighing transmitters offer high precision, ensuring highly reliable measurement results. They are capable of handling a wide range of loads, from small weighings to massive loads, and can be used in various sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, and much more.

Another key advantage of a weighing transmitter is their versatility. They can be integrated into different types of weighing equipment, such as industrial scales, weighbridges, storage tanks and conveyors, improving efficiency and process automation.

These devices are also designed to withstand harsh environments and demanding working conditions. They often feature increased robustness, sealing to resist moisture and dust, and anti-vibration capabilities, ensuring they are durable and reliable in harsh industrial environments.

In addition, weighing transmitters can be equipped with advanced features such as wireless (Bluetooth), wired (Ethernet, RS485) connectivity. They all integrate a communication protocol according to PLC field bus standards (TCP/IP, ModBus, Profibus...) allowing remote monitoring and real-time data collection. This facilitates weighing management, goods traceability and performance analysis.

In short, weighing transmitters are essential tools for companies looking to optimize their weighing process. Their high precision, versatility and reliability make them valuable assets for improving operational efficiency. The quality of finish of the products (ABS, Aluminum, Stainless steel housings) are also selection criteria depending on the environments of use.
