Associated with this specific software, the indicator can replace a PLC in parcel sorting basic applications :
– packaging control (detection of anomalies, missing parts… )
– unit weight control (weight tolerance mini/max)
Moreover, this IDE 250 sorting weighing indicator can be connected to a monitoring system (PC or supervision) in real time using the MODBUS / JBUS protocol.
In option, the device can use other protocols, such as Ethernet TCP Modbus , Fieldbus (JBUS /MODBUS, MODBUS TCP, PROFIBUS® DP, DEVICE NET ®).
Finally, an interconnexion with the IDE 250 mono product dosing indicator can be an autonomous solution of product conditionning and order picking.
